My Specialties
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps you reprocess painful memories and experiences. EMDR regulates the nervous system and reshapes brain patterns so that what was previously triggering can be confronted without emotional spiraling.
EMDR can help balance your mood and make you feel much more at peace, as well as improve communication, boundaries, and relationships.
Many clients are surprised by how efficient and permanent the effect of EMDR is and how they go from feeling broken to feeling whole.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy
Pain reprocessing therapy is type of treatment that teaches the bodies of those in pain to interpret signals from a lens of safety, allowing in embodied feelings of joy and lightness.
It has been shown to be highly effective in the treatment of chronic back pain, even rewiring brain networks involved in pain!
The treatment depends heavily on pain education, cognitive techniques, attending to pain signals with a lens of safety, addressing other issues that impact pain, and attending to positive sensations.
It is important to note that PRT is not a cure for chronic pain, but it can be a helpful tool for managing pain and improving quality of life.
